As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day. Whether it's helping them plan special trips or lifestyles or assisting with their daily needs, you'll be the go-to person for all their queries. About the Role
We're looking for experienced customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
- Continuously improving our services, including design, customer experience, and repetition and retention.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including resolving urgent account issues.
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
