The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, upselling and cross-selling products and services, and providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support to customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Assess customers' needs and provide personalized solutions, adjusting billing and arranging product solutions as needed
- Think and act in ways that put customers first, exceeding their expectations with world-class customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge and expertise to improve customer experiences and drive business growth

What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware, as well as experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience with telecommunications or a related field, with knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Strong sales and upselling skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work in a non-traditional schedule, with flexibility to accommodate changing business needs
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
