Job Summary
As a Senior Data Scientist, Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading the development of data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business strategy and drive growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business strategy and drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that meet our customers' needs
- Design and implement data pipelines and architectures that enable data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms that drive business insights and recommendations
- Work with junior data scientists to develop their skills and expertise
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
- Proven track record of using data to drive business growth and innovation
- Mastery of SQL, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regression) with statistical packages like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Chartio, Looker, or Tableau
- Strong understanding of data modeling and machine learning concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
- Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
Skills and Competencies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of data modeling and machine learning concepts
