Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in Healthcare Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and processing: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and processing data related to Medicare contracts, appointments, and certification verification for external producers/agents.
- Customer service: You'll provide exceptional customer service to our patients, customers, and colleagues, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support and resources as needed.
- Background check review and documentation: You may be required to supplement the background check review and documentation process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to verify the eligibility of external producers/agents to market Medicare plans.
- Collaboration and communication: You'll work closely with our colleagues to share knowledge, resources, and expertise, and to ensure that our services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a production environment: You'll have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, production environment, with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience: You'll have experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong ability to empathize with and support individuals in a transaction-based environment.
- Education: You'll have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Bilingual: You'll have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language.
- Experience in a call center or retail location: You'll have experience working in a call center or retail location, with a strong focus on customer service and transaction-based environments.
