Job Summary

As an Experienced Homesite Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing exceptional service and support for service issues, requests, procedures, and account information. You'll communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
  • Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution
  • Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services
  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Work closely with coaches to process requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
