Key Responsibilities:

As a Facebook Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Logging into arenaflex's Facebook account and managing customer interactions
  • Addressing customer inquiries about products, prices, and policies
  • Providing support such as issuing discount codes and resolving customer complaints
  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
  • Responding to sales questions from potential new customers
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and provide support

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat functions
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a live chat environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
