Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat support, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any discrepancies
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as necessary
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications and software
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail, data entry, and typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
