As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for collecting and entering data in our databases, maintaining accurate records of valuable company information, and working closely with our data team and Data Manager. Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure data integrity
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Scanning documents and printing files, as needed, to maintain efficient data management processes
- Keeping information confidential, adhering to data security policies and procedures
- Responding to queries for information, accessing relevant files, and providing accurate and timely responses
- Complying with data integrity and security policies, ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, using your organizational skills to stay focused on assigned tasks
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven data entry work experience, preferably as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
