Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service team in various capacities, including:
- Ticket Agent: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets + Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel + Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts + Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Gate Agent: You will assist our customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Using computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, checking, and handling baggage + Operating jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors + Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
