Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through email responses, reviews, surveys, and other online tasks
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Participating in product evaluations and providing feedback to help shape new items and market trends
- Working independently from home, with minimal supervision
- Meeting productivity and quality standards, with a keen attention to detail
- Collaborating with our team to achieve program goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data entry and organizational skills, with the ability to summarize information and make logical decisions
- Familiarity with personal computers and a high level of typing proficiency (at least 40 wpm)
- Professionalism, positivity, and a high level of self-motivation
- Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
- A good working entry-level personal computer, less than 4 years old
- Legitimate high-speed internet access
- Full-time and part-time telemarketing position experience (a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
