Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Driving Sales Growth: Promote our products and services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Order Processing and Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge and Education: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, educating customers on their features and benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

3-6 years of progressive sales experience

, with a strong background in customer service and sales.

3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry

, with a deep understanding of our products and services.

High School diploma or GED equivalent

, with some college education preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Strong organizational and time management skills
