Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to our users
  • Collaborating with our team to write and maintain comprehensive help center documentation
  • Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, which will help you get familiar with the platform and identify areas for improvement
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent, native-like English language skills, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English
  • Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally)
  • Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its role in website setup, including CNAME and CAA DNS records (a huge plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage:

  • Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Knowledge of DNS setup and management, including CNAME and CAA DNS records
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)
