Job Summary

As a Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, service technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
  • Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions to meet customer needs
  • Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and technicians
  • Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with customers and technicians
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information to ensure transparency and satisfaction
  • Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other relevant information to ensure effective coordination and communication
  • Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • High interaction with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or other managers in the company

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Must live in Illinois and be able to reliably commute to McHenry, IL each day for training (Note: This requirement may be waived for remote training options)
  • Previous dispatch experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience a plus, but not required
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information and dispatch jobs
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, including customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to effectively use software applications to manage customer information and dispatch jobs
  • Ability to work from home efficiently, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a remote environment
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences during non-traditional hours
