Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar field

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
