Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team
- Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
- Processing a variety of orders and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing various tools and systems, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and account maintenance
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective customer support
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the Holiday season
- Proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service principles
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Knowledge of order management and fulfillment processes
- Experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality
- Certification in customer service or a related field
