Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with clients through an automated dialer and engaging in high-volume conversations to identify potential compensation opportunities
  • Multitasking and managing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Handle 40-50 calls per day, with 1-5 potential compensation opportunities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A competitive spirit – we work as a team, but pay for performance!
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
  • Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
  • Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This is not for you if...

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues

  • You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week
  • You can't imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until you're connected with a viable caller
  • You're unable to use problem-solving skills
  • You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
  • You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation

A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern

Total Compensation

* Salary Range starts at $17.31/hour

  • In addition to salary, you'll earn commissions and bonuses, with Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)
