Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing in-depth information about arenaflex's products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to customers
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth for our clients
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
- Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge
- Commit to working a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities to increase your hours as needed
- Type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
