Job Summary

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by performing data entry and filing tasks, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities

* Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files

  • Copies, collates, and prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Works independently to identify and solve problems
  • Organizes and prioritizes work to meet deadlines
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provides administrative support to the team as needed

Required Skills and Abilities

* Ability to type at least 50 wpm

  • Ability to proofread and edit documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Basic understanding of office equipment and clerical procedures
  • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles

  • Familiarity with landscape industry or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
