Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and entry-level Customer Service Remote Agents to join our team, providing 24/7/365 customer support for the NYCTA "Access-a-Ride" transportation program. As a remote agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior agents or management
- Utilize knowledge of the Access-a-Ride program to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Maintain accurate records and data entry to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and service level agreements
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the transportation industry or a related field
- Knowledge of the Access-a-Ride program or similar transportation services
