Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for all UPS-related issues (tracking packages, resolving issues, etc.)
  • Providing exceptional customer support by resolving product or service issues promptly
  • Working closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Documenting and updating customer interactions and account information accurately

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy and a passion for helping customers
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems
  • Helpscout and Google Office suites are a plus

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary, ranging from $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
