Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls and providing exceptional support to our customers
- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Reaching personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Managing complaints, providing proper solutions, and options within time limits, and following up to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- A track record of not just reaching, but exceeding quota requirements
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
