Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • System Updates: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring that our product information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, ensuring that our records are reliable and trustworthy.
  • Document Management: Upload documents and backup records in the Salesforce system, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive.
  • Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process, ensuring timely payment and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile Purchase Orders, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to handle day-to-day tasks.

Required Skills & Abilities

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Data Entry Software Proficiency: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access), with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Education & Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on developing strong administrative and technical skills.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field, with a focus on developing strong data management and analytical skills.
