Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our merchants, resolving issues, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to merchants, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members as needed

  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior team members to optimize business processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing them with valuable insights and support to help them succeed
  • Participate in coaching and training sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support, to achieve our goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools, with the ability to perform data analysis and create reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience in coaching or training junior team members
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with merchants and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
