What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by investigating and communicating with various stakeholders, including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), airport authorities, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services.
* Processing daily FBI fingerprints into our Access database and resolving any data set issues that may arise.
* Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with our HRIS and EC systems.
* Conducting high-level examinations, custom reporting, and data normalization to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HR Consistency data.
* Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure seamless communication and delivery of results.
* Auditing completed fingerprint applications and checking for precision and accuracy, with the ability to retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed.
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or a related field.
* Knowledge of modern Excel skills, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup.
* Familiarity with Access database management and data analysis.
* Ability to decipher large datasets to develop meaningful reports.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications.
