Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing quantitative analysis and data visualization to uncover insights and inform business decisions
- Building full-cycle data pipelines, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages and tools
- Collaborating with junior data scientists to develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques and address complex challenges
- Developing and communicating data-driven recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders
- Identifying and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data science capabilities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis with tools like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Chartio, Looker, or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-driven way
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
