Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance and Data Entry Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: ### Order Review

  • Conduct thorough reviews of customer orders to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues that require attention
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues

### Service Availability Verification

  • Verify the availability of services in customers' areas
  • Document any issues or discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them
  • Ensure that customers are informed of any service availability limitations

### Customer Needs Assessment

  • Analyze customer orders to determine their needs and preferences
  • Suggest the best service options for customers based on their requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible solutions

### Credit Screening

  • Conduct credit checks to confirm customers' eligibility for services and promotions
  • Document results and apply any discounts or promotions accordingly
  • Ensure that customers are aware of any credit-related implications

### Payment Processing

  • Handle payments for activation fees, services, and other transactions
  • Ensure that transactions are processed smoothly and accurately
  • Maintain accurate records of all payments and financial transactions

### Service Activation/Scheduling

  • Activate services for customers as soon as possible or schedule installations that fit their availability
  • Record all important details of the activation or scheduling in our system
  • Ensure that customers are informed of any service activation or scheduling updates

### Quality Assurance

  • Periodically review orders to ensure that they meet our internal standards
  • Share feedback and suggestions to help improve our processes over time
  • Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and best practices

What We're Looking For

### Experience

  • Ideally, you have experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with credit checks and payment processing is a plus, but not required

### Skills

  • You've got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right the first time
  • You're great at solving problems and figuring things out on the fly
  • You're comfortable using order processing systems and CRM software
  • Communication is your strong suit, both when writing emails and speaking with others
  • You can work well on your own but also love being part of a team

### Technical Skills

  • You're proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM software and order management systems is a bonus
