Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and advance our content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions

• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience working with large-scale datasets and advanced analytical techniques (e.g., machine learning, deep learning)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
