Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal operations by accurately managing and maintaining our firm's data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately input and update client and case information into our firm's database, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and consistency.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, using your attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure precision.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, utilizing your organizational skills to keep our records up-to-date and secure.
  • Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by our legal team, using your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create informative and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with our attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, working closely with our team to achieve our firm's goals.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, using your time management skills to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the success of our firm.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong foundation in data management and administration.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to verify data before entering it into our system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to create reports and data analysis.
