Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. As a Senior Innovation Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop data visualizations, and present insights to senior leaders. Key Responsibilities

* Apply your expertise in data analysis, business processes, tools, and technologies to solve complex business problems and drive business growth

• Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide guidance and recommendations on data-driven solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics)

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong expertise in data analysis, business processes, and tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics)

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong expertise in data visualization, data mining, and machine learning
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
