Key Responsibilities

As a Wholesale Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Extract and compile auction data into established Excel templates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate auction data to internal teams for processing and posting, maintaining effective collaboration and communication.
  • Review and validate posted data against original auction entries to guarantee accuracy, identifying and rectifying discrepancies and complex errors.
  • Partner with the posting team to uphold data integrity, providing necessary feedback or updates to ensure seamless data management.
  • Keep systematic records of auction data, posting outcomes, and any amendments made, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Propose process enhancements to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our data handling practices, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Offer assistance for additional tasks and projects related to wholesale data management, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in billing, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with databases, showcasing the ability to efficiently input, manage, and extract data, with a strong understanding of data integrity and security.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities for identifying errors and discrepancies, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and data correspondence, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Typing proficiency: 40 WPM, with a 10-key speed of 10,000 KSPH and an accuracy rate of 95% or higher.
