Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with our Inbound Operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is a blend of customer-facing and team-oriented responsibilities, with a focus on:

  • Providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues to enhance their performance and skills
  • Demonstrating imagination and commitment to driving positive change in the workplace
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
  • Making a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making it easy for merchants to work with us
  • Recognizing opportunities for improvement and executing tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Responding to and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues to enhance their performance and skills

  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making it easy for merchants to work with us
  • Recognize opportunities for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement process improvements
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with merchants and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of technical expertise
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and create innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a leadership or team management role

  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry or related fields
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
