Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will also participate in ongoing training to expand their knowledge of the industry and process. As a team player, you'll be expected to investigate discrepancies as they arise and complete additional projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay for this position is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
