Job Summary

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong typing skills (25+ words per minute)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Knowledge of data protection policies and procedures
  • Experience with process improvement and quality control
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
