- Preparing client documents and travel tips: Create and distribute essential documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their journey.
- Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM: Accurately and efficiently update our cloud-based CRM system with daily activity, reporting, and status, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis.
- Managing client profiles and bookings: Continuously update and refine client profiles and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our customer service operations.
- Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact: Provide emergency support and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in case of unexpected situations or emergencies.
