Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and working towards a solution to their concerns
  • Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues, collect payments, and offer options for payment arrangements
  • Managing and reviewing customer accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and creating requests for resolution
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Utilizing various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven reliability and punctuality in past positions

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
