As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their concerns and deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As a CSR at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person
- Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems
- Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for the customer
- Setting sales appointments for new customers
- Answering billing questions
- Completing general clerical duties as assigned
- Working as a team with Service and Sales
- Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- A pleasant phone voice and the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
- Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- The ability to remain calm and work under pressure, even when busy
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
