The Role
As a Full Stack Sales Representative in our Social Media Chat Sales team, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, working closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve this objective.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with existing leads and clients to close sales (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Respond to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- A stable income in $USD
- A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
No previous experience is required

Pay and Benefits
Our compensation package includes:
- Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- After completing training, your earnings will depend on:
+ Hourly rate: $15-$30/hour + Commissions: up to 20% of sales revenue + Bonuses: up to 10% of sales revenue
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
