Experienced Part-time Data Entry Clerk – Quality Improvement and Patient Care Support

Join Our Team of Passionate Professionals

We're seeking a dedicated and capable Data Entry Clerk L1 to support our Quality Registry Manager, Data Entry Coordinators, and Data Entry Clerk L2 in gathering patient-reported outcomes while maintaining a technically accurate quality improvement database and assisting with other data-related duties as assigned. As a Data Entry Clerk L1 at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the advancement of neurosurgical research.

About the Role

As a Data Entry Clerk L1, you'll be responsible for:

• Interviewing patients by phone to gather clinical data for quality improvement and research purposes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical databases
• Assisting with data collection and validation using technology to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Monitoring data quality and providing feedback to department supervisors
• Collaborating with the quality team, principal investigators, residents, and clinical research team to ensure seamless data collection and management
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the quality improvement and data management functions

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills to align with arenaflex's dedication to a positive patient experience
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in data entry and management
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and communicate effectively to ensure successful data collection and management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of previous experience in a healthcare setting with database entry and data management preferred
• Coursework in science, anatomy, and medical terminology preferred
