Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Consulting with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Researching destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries.
  • Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Staying updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services.
  • Meeting sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities.
