The Role

As a Customer Sales Representative in our busy Sky Outbound department, you'll be an ambassador for the Sky brand, working with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the right solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Using your sales and communication skills to upsell products and build rapport with customers
  • Getting to know customers' individual needs and putting their interests first
  • Providing peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer
  • Working from home, with a 2-week training programme to learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, and perfect your sales technique

What to Expect

Our 2-week training programme will give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, and perfect your sales technique. We'll also provide you with all the equipment you need to work from home, but you must have broadband access.

The Experience and Skills You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
  • A background in targeted sales and customer service
  • A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
  • Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers, and demonstrating empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • An unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
