Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Working on various projects and tasks associated with Prescription Adjudication (PA) and Clinical Adjudication, including enterprise requirement determinations, checking out and documentation, and root cause analysis for override issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to PA and Clinical Adjudication.
• Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process.
• Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient deliverables.
• Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations.
• Demonstrating arenaflex values, including collaboration, accountability, and strategic thinking, in a matrixed environment.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users.
• Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse.
• Experience with MS Access database.
