Your Mission
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our US customers, addressing their queries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. You'll be the go-to expert, providing solutions via email and chat, researching and explaining our services to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. Your mission will also involve evaluating updates to our products to recommend possible improvements, ensuring our customers receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support to US customers via email and chat, addressing their queries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products.
- Research and explain our services to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
- Evaluate updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase.
- Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
Added Values
* Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments.
- Experience with HTML/CSS.
- Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian.
