Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to drive business growth and revenue
- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Securing all trailing documents from customers to ensure accurate records
- Handling all incoming claim calls from customers and following up to ensure resolution
- Completing Evidence of Insurance requests to meet customer needs
- Greeting all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner
- Taking premium payments from customers and maintaining accurate records
- Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
- Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
- Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring and returning all phone messages promptly
- Maintaining knowledge of new products and services to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
