What You'll Be Doing
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be a part of our dynamic, global team, working remotely to bring exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:
- Bring your strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans
- Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
- Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
A Typical Day
* You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize your tasks
- You'll have access to our cutting-edge technology and tools, designed to support your success and efficiency
- You'll be part of a supportive team, working together to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience, with a high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
