Job Summary
As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. You'll be the face of our organization, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting (or a related industry)
- Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Work Environment
* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only)
- Your work-from-home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
- arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam
- You will need to provide an internet/broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
- Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet, with proof of a reliable internet service provider
