Responsibilities

As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate support to our customers through live chat and telephone channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and telephone
  • Providing product information and technical support to customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

Experience
