Key Job Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution
  • Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, empowering them to take control of their health and wellness
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service

Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex systems and software
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Submission and passing of a pre-employment drug test, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
