The Job
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Managing events, including conceptualization, planning, and execution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Developing and implementing creative solutions to improve customer experience
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve our services
- Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in events management, preferably from media outlets that includes making due, executing, arranging and staffing events at an organization, studio, organization or with a brand (insight in film or TV awards campaigns is a plus)
- A self-starter who can work independently, and under pressure, while reliably practicing savvy instinct in any event, when confronted with vagueness
- Ingenious key scholar and imaginative issue solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific district is an or more
