What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Administrative and Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing general clerical administrative support to various departments, including:

  • Providing general clerical administrative support to various departments: Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
  • Operating standard office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers: Maintain and operate office equipment to ensure efficient and effective administrative processes.
  • Answering telephones, directing calls, and taking messages: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and taking accurate messages.
  • Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, and mailing systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and files are maintained, and inventory and mailing systems are properly managed.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence: Process and distribute mail and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on administrative or clerical studies.
  • 0-2 years of administrative or clerical experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills: Excellent organizational and documentation skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and files.
