Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Operations Process Manager – Customer Experience, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing complex problems and communicating effective solutions to the team and the field
- Developing and implementing process improvements that drive value to our stores' bottom line
- Managing day-to-day processes related to your area of responsibility, including creating and maintaining project work plans
- Identifying and resolving issues and roadblocks that arise in your area of responsibility
- Responding proactively to unanticipated store needs and managing action steps for successful execution of strategic projects and process improvements
- Building strong partnerships with the field and stores, and communicating effectively to drive results
- Preparing and delivering high-level insights and recommendations based on industry and business analysis, competitive landscape, and consumer data
- Providing guidance and training to support team members, and collaborating with data to make informed recommendations
- Maintaining a deep understanding of specific operations and processes within store operations
Direct Manager/Direct Reports
As a leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 2-5 Business Analysts, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project execution. You'll also be expected to influence and persuade others to drive results, and consider multiple options and procedures when solving complex problems.
Travel Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional travel required to meet with team members and stakeholders. Overnight travel is expected to be less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
This role requires a comfortable working environment, with frequent opportunities to move about and minimal physical demands. You'll spend most of your time sitting in a comfortable position, with occasional need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
You'll be working in a comfortable indoor area, with minimal exposure to unpleasant conditions. However, you'll be expected to work under constant pressure to meet tight deadlines and demanding quotas, and regularly deal with difficult situations.
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

* PMI certification preferred
- 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job
